How We Work Together

Work may be structured as a focused short-term assignment, a multi-stage research or strategy project, ongoing advisory support, a subcontracting partnership, a workshop or speaking engagement, or an academic appointment. The scope and structure of each engagement are tailored to the organization’s needs, desired outcomes, timeline, and budget.

1. Inquiry and Initial Conversation

Submit a brief description of the opportunity or project. If it appears to be a potential fit, we will schedule a conversation to discuss the challenge, goals, timeline, budget, and type of support needed.

2. Scope, Fees, and Agreement

Define the project activities, deliverables, schedule, fees, payment terms, and other conditions in a written agreement before work begins.

3. Research, Collaboration, and Delivery

Complete the agreed work, communicate throughout the engagement, and provide the findings, recommendations, or other deliverables defined in the agreement.

Discuss an Opportunity
